An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Yacht Charter Assistant to join the team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior yachting experience seeking to transition into yacht charter brokerage. As a local presence, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing seamless and luxurious service to clients, from inception to completion of their charter experiences. Collaborating closely with the Charter Manager, they will primarily focus on administrative tasks, while actively contributing to the expansion of the charter division and client base.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including recording charter payments and managing due dates for balance payments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mediterranean region, which may be acquired from previous experience as a yacht crew member.
  • Familiarity with YachtFolio system preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of charter arrangements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage broker enquiries and client interactions.
  • Familiarity with the MYBA Charter Agreement, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Competence in leveraging various social media platforms to enhance client engagement and promote charter services.
