We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Yacht Captain to oversee the operation of their 22-meter yacht. This opportunity offers the chance to work intimately with a discerning client, navigating the stunning waters of the Mediterranean and ensuring unparalleled luxury experiences for the family and their guests.

As the Yacht Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all onboard. The perfect candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, impeccable navigational skills, and a strong background in yacht management. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety protocols are essential to maintaining the vessel's pristine condition and the utmost standards of excellence. Additionally, the ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate and cater to the unique preferences of the family and their guests, ensuring unforgettable journeys on the open sea.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Yacht Captain.
• Proficient in navigation, safety procedures, and yacht maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English speaking
• Familiarity with the waters of the Mediterranean, particularly around Monaco.
