We are in search of an exceptional Fleet Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. This pivotal role ensures compliance with international standards and supports our commitment to environmental stewardship. The Fleet Manager will be integral to our mission, driving excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational integrity of 3-5 vessels, ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards.Guarantee compliance with ISM code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other regulatory requirements.Provide technical support and maintain critical operational statistics.Engage in continuous improvement through management system reviews and action implementation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Maritime qualifications and experience as Chief Engineer on LPG VLGC.
- Shore-based management experience with LPG VLGC vessels.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Competent in basic computer use.
- A strong focus on environmental protection.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
