Training Superintendent

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Training Superintendent to join their team in India. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the crew training programs across the company’s diverse fleet. You will oversee the creation, implementation, and monitoring of training initiatives that ensure compliance with both internal standards and international regulations. The position involves working closely with various stakeholders to assess crew needs and deliver targeted training that enhances the safety, skills, and operational performance of the crew.
 

To be considered for this position, you must:
 

• Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Training Superintendent or in a similar training-related role within the maritime industry.
   
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for a wide range of vessel types.
   
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including STCW, ISM Code, and other relevant standards.The ability to identify crew training requirements and tailor training programs to address the specific needs of different vessel types.
   
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
