Consortio is actively seeking a dynamic addition to our esteemed Shipping team, be it an experienced professional or an enthusiastic beginner. This pivotal role involves spearheading recruitment efforts for LNG Terminals, demanding a keen understanding of the nuances within the sector and a commitment to staying abreast of industry developments. This role allows you to connect to people worldwide, you will be recruiting for clients all across South East Asia, the Americas & Europe! We are on the lookout for individuals with exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering robust connections. Our business pays basic salaries between £19,000 and £35,000 depending on rank and level of experience. Everyone earns commission on top of this which means the lowest earners in the business take home around £26,000 a year and our highest earners are taking more than £100k home a year. It all depends on personal sales performance.
