We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Superintendent to join our team in Athens, Greece. This vital role involves overseeing the technical and operational performance of allocated vessels, ensuring their safe, efficient, and compliant operation. The Technical Superintendent will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing our fleet’s performance while fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and continual improvement.

Requirements:

• A marine degree with a minimum of three years’ experience onboard ships or in the shipping industry, or a Chief Engineer’s license with at least two years of sea service as Chief Engineer, or at least two years of experience as a Technical Superintendent with another shipping company.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• In-depth knowledge of the marine industry, including applicable rules, regulations, and vessel-specific technical expertise.
• Proficiency in purchasing processes and budget cost control.
