We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Superintendent to oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with international regulations, optimizing vessel performance, and maintaining strict safety standards. As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects, coordinating repairs, and supporting shipboard personnel in technical and operational matters.

 

Requirements:

  • A marine degree from a recognized university with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the shipping industry, OR a Chief Engineer’s license with at least two (2) years of sea service as a Chief Engineer, OR a minimum of two (2) years as a Technical Superintendent in another shipping company.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the marine industry, including relevant Rules and Regulations.
  • Technical expertise in vessel operations, including purchasing processes and budget cost control.
