To support their continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Technical Superintendent to join their team in Italy. In this important role, you will be responsible for the technical management of the fleet, ensuring vessels operate efficiently and comply with international regulations. The Technical Superintendent will work closely with crew members, technical teams, and third-party partners to maintain high operational standards and contribute to the overall strategy of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Chief Engineer on commercial vessels.
- Previous experience as a Technical Superintendent is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A strong willingness to relocate to Italy.
