Our client is a prominent and respected operator in the global maritime industry, specialising in the management of oil and chemical tankers. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for a Technical Superintendent to join their team in Denmark. In this important role, you will oversee the technical and operational management of oil and chemical tankers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring vessels meet industry regulations, coordinating maintenance activities, performing inspections, and providing technical support to the vessel crews. You will also work closely with internal teams to guarantee optimal vessel performance while upholding the highest safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Superintendent within the maritime sector, particularly with oil and chemical tankers.
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer aboard tankers.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in maintenance planning and managing budgets.
