Technical Purchaser

To support their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Technical Purchaser to join their team in Hong Kong. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of technical supplies and equipment for the company’s fleet. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external vendors to ensure the timely and efficient sourcing of spare parts, machinery, and other necessary technical components. You will also oversee purchase orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
 

To be considered for this position, you must:
 

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Purchaser or in a similar role within the maritime industry.
   
• Solid experience in sourcing and procuring technical equipment and spare parts for vessels.
   
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable pricing.
   
• Familiarity with maritime industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement.
   
• Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
