As a Sports Instructor, you will play a vital role in engaging guests of all ages in a variety of sports activities and tournaments. From organizing public and private lessons to facilitating interactions between participants, you will create an atmosphere of fun and camaraderie while breaking down language barriers. Working closely with the Chief Adult Animator, you will meticulously plan and execute sports activities tailored to meet the diverse needs and expectations of our guests, ensuring unforgettable moments throughout their cruise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in organizing and leading sports activities and tournaments, preferably in a hospitality or cruise ship environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests of all ages and foster socialization.
• Excellent organizational abilities, including the capacity to plan and execute sports activities tailored to meet diverse guest needs and expectations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
• Flexibility to collaborate with other departments and work varied shifts as required by the entertainment schedule.
• Proficiency in following COVID-19 prevention rules and protocols, including the ability to effectively communicate and enforce health and safety measures.
