As a successful Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for booking property viewings; negotiating, sales progression; identifying and then maximising business opportunities, liaising directly with vendors and buyers, valuing properties, whilst delivering a fantastic customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.

All of these done well will help you achieve and exceed your individual and branch targets.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• 3 years’ experience
• 1 years’ valuing experience
• Knowledge of the local area
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Confidence
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation
• Full UK Driving license
