Consortio is partnering with a leader in luxury yacht and commercial vessel engineering. specializes in project management, design, and engineering for some of the world's most prestigious vessels—from classic sailing yachts to high-tech explorer yachts and commercial ships for cruise liners, offshore industries, and ports. Due to continued success and expansion, they are looking for a Senior Naval Architect to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Senior Naval Architect, you will play a key role in ship and yacht design from concept to production. Working alongside an international team, you will be responsible for:
Structural design and engineering of luxury yachts & commercial vessels.
Technical drawings, calculations, and modelling for production.
Leading R&D projects to drive innovation.
Working closely with stakeholders, including subcontractors and co-makers.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget, and to the highest standards.

To be Eligible for this role you must have a:
- Degree (HBO/WO) in Shipbuilding or Maritime Technology.
- Strong experience in ship design & engineering, ideally in a design consultancy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Bentley/Maxsurf, ShipConstructor & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills—ability to engage teams & stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with strict time & budget requirements.
- Fluent English (Dutch is a plus).
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
