As a Senior Waiter, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional dining experience. This position involves not only delivering outstanding service but also creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will manage daily operations in your assigned area, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, work closely with your supervisor, and contribute to maintaining a seamless onboard experience. Your expertise in menu knowledge and guest interaction will be vital to ensuring guest satisfaction and building lasting memories.

Role Requirements:

• Qualified Experience: Formal training in hospitality or restaurant services with a minimum of 3 years as a waiter, ideally with cruise ship experience.
• Service Excellence: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparation, menu details, and service standards. PH/HACCP certification is a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English to effectively communicate with an international guest base.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with waiter ordering systems such as Rescom or MXP.
• Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, flexibility, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork.
