The Restaurant & Bar Manager is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring the seamless operation of all food and beverage services across dining venues, bars, lounges, and room service. As the key liaison between the Hotel Manager and the Restaurant & Bar team, this role demands outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. You will ensure high service standards, oversee training and development, and promote a memorable guest experience that aligns with the company’s core values. Your leadership will be essential in managing operations, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining a positive work culture.
Role Requirements:
- Extensive Experience: 5+ years in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury cruise, hotel, or high-end restaurant environments.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to manage, train, and lead a diverse team, with strong communication skills to foster cooperation across departments.
- Operational Expertise: Skilled in overseeing service quality, handling guest interactions, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Financial Acumen: Proficient in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue streams using systems like Fidelio and MMS.
- Guest-Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, resolving guest concerns effectively, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
