Exciting opportunity in a fast paced role to support and help grow our recruitment brands with opportunities for training and development during your career with us

Purpose of the role 

Business administration duties to support a team of approximately 50 recruitment consultants and the management team.  
To source, interview, and secure exciting new talent for the business.  
To build and maintain a database of potential future candidates  

Duties and Responsibilities  

Meet with management to understand what the weekly hiring needs are for the business.  
Perform first stage phone interviews with candidates.  
Advertise roles on indeed/job boards and manage budget in line with expectations.  
Build a talent pool of experienced recruiters and salespeople that could be suitable to the business and market to these people regularly.   
Manage internal recruitment inbox. 
Gain market intelligence around basic salaries and commission schemes.  

Answer the phones and take messages  
Process timesheets  
Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc). 
Set up IT and phones for new starters as well as print off starter forms. Sending starter forms to the accountant.  
Create invoices from placements forms & chase for payment if not paid on time
Keep the billing spreadsheets up to date 
Creating E-shots for marketing purposes  
Check and chase timesheets for temps and contractors 

Who are we looking for 

Someone positive, bright and friendly. 
Eager to learn 
Able to think on your feet and problem solve mixed with a resilient nature. 
Understand how to use Microsoft products outlook, word and excel.  
A good eye for detail.
