Consortio Recruitment Group has partnered with a successful and award-winning client that is experiencing growth year on year. They are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on commercial build and refurb projects in Swansea and Cardiff. As a main contractor with a turnover of £36m, they are on track for a 20% increase in the coming year.

The company is based in the south of Wales and has secured a portfolio of projects for the coming years, including some exciting projects currently in progress. They have repeat business with local authorities, the public sector, and private developers, and are a multi-disciplined construction company. As a Quantity Surveyor working for them, you will be involved with a maximum of two projects at any given time, working predominantly on the projects. We are looking for well-rounded QSs who have experience throughout the full life cycle of a project.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, and 10 years for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Commercial and residential project experience is preferred, and you must be willing to work in different project locations varying between Swansea and Cardiff.
