We are working with a fantastic premium forecourts & construction developer on their UK wide projects including Bloody Oaks, St Ives and Goddington and many more around the UK. Being a forward thinking, modern and future inspired developer they design, construct, and finish to the highest standard in forecourts & commercial buildings. This role will be based in the moden, futuristic office based in Swansea.
In this role as the Project manager, you will be expected to Identify variations that will impact the programme and ensure the programme is revised to accommodate them. Liaise with other Managers and Site Staff to assist programming and ensure smooth workflow within deadlines and making sure the sites you are working with are keeping up to health and safety regulations. Compile reports as required to demonstrate progress against programme and budget, obtaining the best quotes and materials within the area that the sites are on. Communicate programme changes to all affected parties. Intervene and agree on action plans to recover delays where possible. Ensure timely request for and delivery of all information on the programme critical path.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- experience in construction contracts or project management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- The ability to predict programme resource requirements
- Time Management of Programme critical path
- Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to manage a site-based team
- Holder of a full valid UK driving licence
