Operations Manager

The role is for an Operations Manager to work within their new offices in Algeciras in Spain. You will execute required agency services to clients and endeavour to effectively manage all vessels under your responsibility. Furthermore, you will ensure a high-quality service and minimise expenses for the vessels while keeping all clients needs in the highest regard. The role requires you to protect and safeguard the interest of principal, master, and crew at all times.
 

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Have at least 5 years in Port Agency and Logistics.
   
• Be able to work independently.
   
• Be flexible to work nights and weekends.
   
• Be fluent in English and Spanish – both written and verbal.
