This multi-award-winning client is one of the largest estate agencies in the UK, and they’re currently hiring for a New Homes Business Development Manager in Romford. The intention of this role is to win new homes sites in East London and develop and maintain relationships with all clients.

As a New Homes Business Development Manager, you will:
- Regularly visit new build sites to create new relationships and business opportunities, as well as supporting and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Prepare and attend sales pitches for private and shared ownership sites.
- Attend networking events.
- Work effectively with branches within their network to discover and secure new sites for the business.
- Organise meetings with Sales Directors.

To be suitable for this role, you should:
- Be experienced with the New Homes Industry (estate agency experience would be an advantage but is not essential).
- Be able to provide a track record of building client relationships and winning business as a result.
- Have local knowledge of the East London New Homes market/area.
- Have a full UK driving license.
- Be prepared to work the occasional Saturday.
