You’ll be working on yachts over 24m, contributing to the structural design, hydrostatics, technical drawing packages, classification approvals, and more. If you’re passionate about the details and love working in a team that values innovation and quality, this role could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in hull form development, stability calculations, and general arrangements as needed.
  • Engage with production teams during construction to support build accuracy and troubleshoot as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in yacht or leisure craft design (essential).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino 3D/2D.
  • Solid understanding of class rules (e.g., DNV, RINA, Lloyd’s) and flag state requirements.
  • Strong technical drawing and documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Poland (relocation support provided).
  • Must have the right to live and work in the EU.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to contribute to award-winning luxury yacht projects.
  • A dynamic, design-led team culture with a focus on quality and innovation.
  • Support with relocation and onboarding in Poland.
  • Competitive salary
  • Career development opportunities.
  • Yearly bonus
  • A modern, collaborative workspace with cutting-edge design and engineering tools.
