With a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the best simulator equipment in the industry, our client is dedicated to delivering top-tier training and improving the maritime sector.

 

We are currently seeking a Nautical Instructor to join their team. This position is ideal for a Staff Captain or Captain with experience in Azipods and recent cruise ship experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to seafarers while sharing your wealth of knowledge to enhance and create new training courses. This fulfilling position allows you to pass on your expertise gained from years of sailing, contributing significantly to the improvement of the industry. It’s perfect for someone who has a passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on future maritime professionals.

 

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience as a Staff Captain or Captain, with a strong background in Azipod technology and recent cruise ship sailing experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to contribute to the professional development of seafarers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees.
