They are seeking dedicated individuals to join their dynamic and friendly team.

Role Overview:

As the Marine & Onshore Manager, you will spearhead the nurturing and expansion of our marine and onshore client base, under the guidance of the Commercial Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass commercial management, project delivery, and driving business growth. You will oversee a team comprising a Project Manager and Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for service expansion and client acquisition.
  • Ensure successful completion of work scopes in adherence to company procedures, collaborating closely with Workshop Managers to meet project expectations.
  • Develop and support standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for work scopes.
  • Drive improvements in gross profits and conduct investigations into Non-Conformity Reports, implementing rectification and prevention measures.
  • Champion a culture of health and safety, adhering to policies, procedures, and legislation, and taking prompt action to mitigate risks.
  • Continuously refine internal processes to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure timely and within-budget completion of Marine & Onshore projects, minimizing rectification work.
  • Coordinate vendor documentation and prepare comprehensive work scope proposals.
  • Provide forecasts for job completion, profitability, and resource requirements.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring adequate resources and equipment availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and cost records, providing progress reports to the Commercial Manager.
  • Facilitate communication channels with clients and promptly address any concerns or delays.
  • Uphold compliance with company processes and procedures, identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.
