A once in a lifetime opportunity has opened to become their new Managing Director and, in this role, you would be responsible for the running of day-to-day operations within the organisation. Furthermore, you will be expected to think of new and innovative ways to bring in new business and clients to help expand the business. In addition to this you will also need to consolidate current business activity within the organisation and help stabilise the company to help increase future growth capabilities. Finally, you will need to be a real people person, and you will be expected to engage current and new employees alike and motivate them to be the best possible version of themselves.
To be considered for this highly illustrious role you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience within a shipping company as a Managing Director.
- Can bring in your own client base and strive growth.
- Have amazing motivational skills and be a real people person.
- Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English – both written and verbal.
