As an International Host/Hostess, you will serve as the primary liaison for non-Italian guests, ensuring a seamless cruise experience by removing language barriers and attending to guest needs. Your responsibilities include providing prompt feedback and fulfilling guest requests, contributing significantly to overall satisfaction. Moreover, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere onboard, fostering social connections among guests. Upholding the company's values and leadership standards, you will act as an inspirational example of service excellence.

This pivotal role involves:

• Providing prompt feedback and fulfilling guest requests to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Socializing with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere onboard.
• Upholding company values and leadership standards.
• Secondary school education or degree in Tourism/Human Science.Minimum 6 months of tourism experience.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest engagement.
