As the Head of Marine of the LNG Terminal, you will be responsible for overseeing the critical marine operations of our LNG terminal. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of marine professionals, ensuring safe and efficient terminal operations, developing strategies for vessel berthing and loading procedures, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring, and mitigating marine risks, enforcing safety and environmental policies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and staying updated with industry trends and regulations. Your leadership and expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing performance, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the seamless integration of marine activities with overall terminal operations.
You will be:
- Proven experience in marine operations management, preferably in the LNG industry or large-scale marine terminals.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
