The role is for a General Manager to lead their day-to-day operations as well as build commercial success in the region of Singapore. You will be responsible for the setting, implementing, and achieving of business strategies for the country in line with budgets and global strategy. As well as this you will have to a key eye for innovative ways to identify and develop new businesses. Furthermore, you will be fully responsible for managing the profit and loss for the entire country and you’ll be expected to keep an ongoing review and assessments to ensure business growth and profit. You will have to ensure operational excellence of the country and customer retention.
 

In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
 

• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in international freight forwarding in a senior management position.
   
• Have a minimum of 5 years being fully profit and loss responsible.
   
• Have proven commercial success and high levels of Business Development skills.
   
• Possess the ability to empower and motivate staff.
