Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Performance Director to join their team in Singapore. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the company’s global fleet. You will work closely with technical and operational teams to monitor fleet efficiency, implement performance optimization strategies, and ensure the company meets its sustainability targets. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to improve vessel performance, reduce fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in fleet performance management or a similar senior operational role within the maritime industry.
- Possess strong knowledge of vessel performance optimization, fuel management, and operational efficiency.
- Have a proven track record in leadership, managing cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Have the ability to relocate to Singapore and work from the office.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance fleet performance.
