Field Technician.

Consortio have partnered with a leading engineering control company based in Poland. They are focused on automation and DP systems and are known to be experts in this field. Due to their years of experience with DP systems on offshore vessels this allows them to perform accurate FMEA analysis and to pinpoint any areas of the systems that might lead to failure. They have knowledge and experience in various fields of marine and civil engineering and also have experts that also deal with hazardous materials. Due to their continued success they are looking for a Marine Engineer/ Field Technician to join their team.

As a Field Technician you will be working in not just the offices but also will get to travel worldwide to the different vessels to service the systems onboard. You will also be in charge of preparing all of the documents to ensure that everything is in place within the business. A large part of the job is to perform FMEA analysis on the vessels systems to find out what areas of the DP systems have failed or what could potentially go wrong in the future to provide the customers and clients with the best service.

To be eligible for this exciting role you need:

• To have the right to live and work in the EU.
• Have experience working with DP systems onboard vessels.
• Be based in Poland or be able to relocate to Poland.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as an Automatic Engineer.
• Speak fluent English and ideally some polish.
