Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Wire person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and systems according to specifications and safety regulations. This role requires expertise in wiring techniques and an understanding of electrical codes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Install and connect wiring in industrial settings.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems to identify issues.Repair or replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, and related components.Some mechanical assembly back ground would also be beneficialCollaborate with electricians and other team members to complete projects on time.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Adhere to safety protocols and practices at all times.Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.Valid electrical wireman license (as required by state/local regulations).Proven experience as an Electrical Wireman or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in various conditions including indoor and outdoor environments.Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.Ability to stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.

Competitive salary based on experience.25 days plus bank holidays

37 hours per week flexitime (core hours 8am – 4:45pm Mon-Thur, 8am-1pm Fri)
