Our client has established a strong presence globally and is now looking to enhance its operations in China by adding an experienced Dry Cargo Operator to its China team.

 

With each regional office contributing to the company’s rapid growth and increasing market influence, the China office is pivotal to their continued success. Our client emphasizes operational excellence, strong communication, and market insight, making it essential that candidates possess the ability to manage complex operations efficiently and effectively.

To be eligible for this role, you will:

 

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in dry cargo operations (minimum 2 years if managing 20+ vessels aggressively).
     
  • Be fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
     
  • Have a solid understanding of dry bulk operations, including voyage planning, documentation, and problem-solving.
     
  • Possess a proactive approach to managing operational challenges, with excellent organizational skills.
     
  • Be based in Shanghai, with a good understanding of local and regional shipping markets.
     
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
