In the role of Dredging Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of project execution, responsible for supervising and coordinating all dredging activities on-site. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by a proven track record as a Dredging Superintendent. In-depth knowledge of dredging equipment, techniques, and relevant regulations is crucial. Exceptional leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to make informed decisions in dynamic conditions are prerequisites for success.
