Consortio Recruitment Group is thrilled to partner with an exclusive private yacht based in Dubai, presenting an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual to join as a combined Deckhand and Steward. This prestigious 45m yacht offers a high-end working environment that provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury yachting. As part of the crew, you will be stationed in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations, enjoying a life on board with 11 months on the vessel and one month off. Along with professional development, this role provides accommodation and meals on the yacht, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to excel in the yachting industry.
In this dual role, you will take on responsibilities that blend both deckhand and steward duties, ensuring the yacht operates seamlessly. From keeping the exterior shipshape to maintaining a pristine interior, your attention to detail and service will help deliver an exceptional experience to the yacht’s owners and guests. Your contribution is key to ensuring the yacht remains in top condition and that all service standards are met to the highest level.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Accommodation and meals provided onboard.
- Rotation: 11 months on, 1 month off.
- Experience working on yachts 40m+ in size. (Ideal)
- Ready for an October start in Dubai.
