We are seeking a dedicated Crewing Superintendent, a pivotal role responsible for managing the safe and efficient manning of vessels. This position ensures that all crewing operations meet regulatory and company standards, directly contributing to the smooth operation of the fleet. The Crewing Superintendent plays a critical role in upholding compliance with international regulations, facilitating seamless crew transitions, and supporting the professional growth of Seafarers. Role Requirements:
- Seagoing Experience or Equivalent: A background as an officer, a relevant university degree, or at least 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of STCW, MLC, and Flag State requirements, with a focus on compliance and implementation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Organizational Expertise: Proven skills in planning, controlling, and executing crew changes, travel arrangements, and training needs.
- Continuous Improvement Focus: Experience in monitoring performance, promoting career progression, and contributing to the development of operational procedures.
