The Crewing Superintendent for Cruise Ship meticulously reviews and monitors vessel manning to ensure compliance with safety regulations. They oversee seafarer training and qualification adherence to industry standards. Additionally, they coordinate medical examinations for crew members and facilitate crew changes in alignment with contractual agreements. Managing logistical aspects like travel arrangements and visa requirements falls under their purview. They issue Seafarer Employment Agreements in accordance with regulatory mandates and monitor crew performance while promoting career development. This role actively recruits when necessary, implements management systems, and contributes to procedural enhancements, emphasizing continuous improvement. They address training needs, review financial accounts, maintain records, and handle incident investigations, demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality assurance.

- Seagoing experience as an officer, or a university degree.
- EU Passport Holder
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in English and German languages.
- Strong interpersonal, controlling, and communication skills.
Reporting Structure: The Crewing Superintendent – Cruise Ship reports to and is accountable to the Senior Crewing Superintendent and the Crewing Fleet Manager as required.
