Crew Experience Specialist

As a Crew Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the onboard experience for all crew members by coordinating a diverse range of activities. From organizing welcome and farewell events to managing wellbeing programs and recognition ceremonies, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Additionally, you will assess crew services using data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the company’s values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or humanities.
• Proven experience in a similar role focused on employee engagement and people management.
• Previous onboard experience in the cruise industry.
• Proficient in English (B2 level) and basic knowledge of Italian (minimum A2 level).
• Strong time management, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on internal customer orientation and stakeholder management.
