My Client's Procurement department we are looking for a Category Buyer who will be responsible for applying the guidelines defined by the CPO for the reference categories, ensuring the competitiveness of the supplier panel, the definition of the price list and the contractual definition, ensuring production continuity through the constant management of suppliers in compliance with the assigned budget. 


 

Implement purchasing processes and strategy for the reference categories, collecting the short and long-term needs of the stakeholders;

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and subsequently manage the correct flow of supply of materials useful for business continuity and subsequent order management;

Analyze and consolidate the needs in a best value solutions perspective and propose the strategies to implement;

Identify the bidder list together with the stakeholders, implementing an RFI, RFQ process, analyzing the offers and defining the short list for negotiation;

Prepare and negotiate contracts, defining the objectives to be achieved with Management;

Negotiate contracts by defining the price list of the reference period and the frame agreement of the contract and formalize the agreements, in alignment with the Legal Department, and ensuring the company respects the contractual terms.

 

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS:
 

Good knowledge of the English language;Good knowledge of the Office package; Degree in economics or engineering.
