In this role, you will manage all onboard cash payment operations, ensuring that all guest transactions are handled smoothly and in accordance with company procedures. Your responsibilities will include collecting and verifying cash deposits, managing guest accounts, and addressing any payment-related issues that arise. This position is crucial to maintaining the financial integrity of the onboard experience and ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and satisfying journey.
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- English proficiency at a B2 level; knowledge of an additional language at a B1 level is a plus.
