As a Cabin Steward/Stewardess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests on board. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest cabins and public areas, assisting guests with their needs, and supporting the overall guest experience. This position is essential to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests, contributing significantly to their overall cruise experience.

Requirements:

• Preferably experienced within the hotel industry and/or previous experience on a river or ocean cruise ship.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with the ability to listen and respond to guest needs.
• Stress-resistant, calm under pressure, and resilient, with a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Good command of the English language (both written and verbal); additional language skills such as German are an advantage.
