As a successful Branch manager your responsibilities will include leading and developing a newly opened site; maximising business opportunities; ensure your team are meeting and exceeding targets whilst delivering an exceptional service to your customers.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 1 year Branch Manager experience or 2 years Senior Lettings Negotiator experience
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to value properties
- Strong leadership, motivation, and training skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ideas for market growth
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License
