Bar Waiter

Consortio have partnered with an global service provider when it comes to the crewing of vessels worldwide. This company has clients within the cruise, yachting and hospitality industry. They also offer crew and catering to river vessels too. Due to expanding their company they are looking for Bar Waiters to join their team.

As a Bar Waiter you will be responsible for the work flow in the assigned area working closely with the bar keepers and you will also be serving all bar beverages in adherence to set recipes and standards set out by the company. You will also be asked need to help with service assistance in the restaurant if needed.  

To be eligible for this role you need:

• Qualified training in a hotel or in a restaurant or have other relevant experience.
• Relevant job experience.
• Good knowledge of bar and restaurant service standards.
• Good knowledge of all beverages served in a bar. (including wines).
• Fluent in English and/or German language.
• To be a team player and willing to help out other departments.
